All potential tenants must submit a rental application and pay the application fee (or provide a PTSR pursuant to 38-12-902(2.5)) to schedule a showing on one of our properties.  There are no exceptions.

If you are not interested in the unit after viewing, your fee will be refunded.

If you schedule an appointment, and do not show up on time, or your application is processed, the fee becomes non-refundable as there are costs involved with showings and processing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, or who does not treat our staff with respect.  Our policies are in place for a reason, and for our safety, and they are not negotiable.

Our application cannot be completed on a phone.  Please use a computer or tablet or you will not be able to submit it.

We use several criteria to process applications, and if they are not filled out correctly, are incomplete, or the information is not accurate, we reserve the right to deny the application.  Our time is valuable and we will move on to another application that is submitted accurately and correctly.

Rentals go fast.  Please call our office before submitting an application to ensure the unit you are interested in is available.
