Castle Pines Townhomes is located in the Castle Valley Ranch Subdivision in New Castle, Colorado. New Castle was settled in 1882 and later incorporated in 1888.
The Castle Pines Townhomes HOA is a sub-Homeowners Association that exists to ensure that our easy lifestyle and property values are protected for all residents. We do this primarily by working with the residents to enforce the codes, covenants and restrictions that are in place for Castle Pines Townhomes. The Board desires to work cooperatively with residents to balance their needs and desires with the overall community’s interests.
Shortly after celebrating its 100th birthday, New Castle started growing rapidly, along with strong residential population growth, the Town has experienced significant commercial development. Everything you need is located in New Castle, from grocery stores to banks, restaurants to convenience stores, doctor and dentist offices, health club, post offices, schools and other businesses. New Castle is a great place for outdoor living as well, in 2004, the 18-hole James Engh golf course opened for public play. New Castle is bordered by Bureau of Land Management Lands, White River National Forest Lands and Division of Wildlife protected properties.
New Castle boasts of a large deer and elk population as well as black bear and mountain lions in the mountainous terrains. The Colorado River flows through town and present opportunities for fishing, rafting and kayaking alike. With the towns 5,550 foot elevation, the mountain views are abundant. New Castle is located on the I-70 corridor and is closely located to skiing, snowboarding, hunting and so much more.
