HELPING BUYERS AND SELLERS WITH RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SINCE 2003
I have lived in Glenwood Springs for 18 years and have been a RE/MAX broker for 14 years. I pride myself in developing great relationships with my clients and enjoy working for them as if they were members of my family. I am honest and am always available with advice throughout the transaction. I received my Bachelor of Arts in education and truly love educating clients in the buying and selling process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending my time with my family, running, camping, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and rafting. I also spend a lot of time as a volunteer assistant coach for the Glenwood Springs girls’ varsity basketball team.
Please contact me if you are looking for a Realtor® who will put in the extra effort to ensure you have a smooth and easy transaction. I will listen to your needs and help you accomplish your real estate goals.
I have experience selling real estate in Glenwood Springs, Basalt, Carbondale, New Castle, Silt, Rifle, and Battlement Mesa.
I have received the following professional designations:
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Work with a Realtor that belongs among the top 4% in the nation.
A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) with years of experience and success will help you make smart decisions in a fast-paced, complex and competitive market. To receive CRS designation, Realtors must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements - including high volume sales - and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. They must also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and abide by its code of ethics. A level of accomplishment only 4% of real estate agents obtain.
Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) is offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to agents that want to manage short-sale, foreclosure and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to these agents to stay current on national and state-specific information as the market evolves. Realtors with the SFR certification have the knowledge to maneuver both buyer and seller through the complexities of these transactions.
I have been acknowledged as a RE/MAX Executive Club member for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2015.
